P.A. Days at the Bell Homestead

Come and spend the day at the Bell Homestead each and evey P.A. Day this school year. Pre-registration is required. Program runs from 9am to 4pm and is intended for kids aged 5 to 11.

Harvest Home - Friday, September 26th

With the Harvest Season in full swing, come to the Bell Homestead to celebrate. Participate in country fair activities, make harvest crafts and enjoy some heartwarming apple treats.

By The Book - Friday, November 7th

The Bell family are known for loving their books. This P.A. Day visit the Bell Homestead to make some books of your own, create stories and play story-telling games.

Eliza’s Paint Box - Friday, January 30th

Eliza Bell, Alexander Graham Bell’s mother, was a talented watercolour artist. Explore the wonderful world of art by trying some different paints and learning all kinds of new art techniques.

Arbor Day - Friday, April 24th

Bell Homestead is situated around lots of trees. Enjoy the spring weather by getting outside and planting a sapling of your own. You will also get to watch as a Parks & Recreation arborist demonstrates tree climbing.
